Black Wolf Aviation LLC ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through blackwolfair.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us

When you submit our inspection quote form, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, and phone number; your aircraft's N number, year, make, model, and home base; maintenance history answers; and any notes or messages you include. If you call, text, or email us, we receive the information you share in that conversation.

We use this information only to respond to your request, prepare quotes, schedule and perform our services, and keep business and maintenance records.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use our site, such as which pages are viewed, how long visits last, the website or search that referred you, and general location (city or region), device, and browser type. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this information. We use it in summary form to improve our site and do not use it to identify you personally.

Our site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes basic connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

Service providers

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help run our site, each of which handles it under its own privacy policy:

Google Analytics (site analytics; see also how Google uses information from sites that use its services), Web3Forms (delivers quote form submissions to us by email), hCaptcha (checks that form submissions come from people rather than bots), and Cloudflare (website hosting and security).

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on to stop Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits. Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting us below. We may need to keep certain records, such as aircraft maintenance records, where the law requires it.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above and for our business and legal records. We take reasonable steps to protect it, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

Children

Our site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted here, and the effective date above will be updated.
